Calling for riens? Read this first
Here at UTF we all work together to help each other out. IF you are under attack and need reins, here is our policy:
Riens will only be called for by Mass Message (mm) if siege weaponry or chiefs are involved. Any other attack will be handled via wing officers messaging wing members online indevidually.
1. If you are calling for riens, you must stay online during your attacks. If you cannot get a sitter online and you go offline, you hurt your riens and your officers abilities to help you. This may also cancel your riens.
2. Decide if you are dodging the attack or defending. If you are dodging, empty the village being attacked. this means getting all military out. If you do not have a second village, plan on sending your military to other villages. Spend or send all resources that may be lost to your attacker to other villages even if this means spending down to other members. Contact your Military Diplomat (m.p.) and advise that person of your situation.
3. Information to be sent to your M.P. and Wing Leader (W.L.)
Name of village being attacked and coordinates.
How much wheat the granary can hold.
Wheat production per hour of village being attacked.
Type and number of military at the village being attacked.
Name of attacker, alliance membership, name of village attacking and coordinates.
Time of arrival(s) off attacking forces. This should be done in Eastern Standard Time, or Mountain Standard time. Ensure that you post which one.
Number of expected attacking forces. This includes types of soldiers, rams, cats. cheifs......etc...
Tell your M.P. and W.L. if you have contacted your attacker, let them konw, or foward the attackers responce, if any.
4. Be prepared to act on whatever advice your wing officer provides. If it is to your disliking try to remember that they are doing what is best for you
and your wing. Be cooperative, be polite.
5. Continue to keep your wing officer apprised of any changes in your status.
6. Let your wing officer know when the attacks have ceased so they can cancel your rien call.
7. Wing Leader or Military Diplomat will foward Reins Call to other Wing Leaders to passed on in MM if a mass Reins Call is required.
These standing orders are subject to change by Wing Leaders,, Division Leaders, the President, and they may be altered on a case by case basis by the Wing Miltary Diplomat

I would suggest we stick with just one time zone rather than allow an opportunity for confusion.
Also suggest specifying AM or PM or using 24 hr time. If it is a long time (24hrs+) before attacks land also specify the day.
If there are waves of attacks giving the landing time for each allows us to send in reins after a clearing wave.
I am in Australia so I am a bit paranoid about times ... I have made a few mistakes with them before
I use Firefox, so I use the Foxclocks add-on, which gives a number of different time zones on display all the time.

Just for clarification, you need to respond to the post in the military forum, not here. This will be updated once everyone has read the rules in the military forum.
